Achievements
A documented portfolio of research initiatives, engineering systems, and consulting services developed by NAQTL — validated by the European Space Agency, SCAIRA / Aerospace Valley, and the European Quantum Flagship.
★ SCAIRA LAUREATE
The ArkCore Engine was selected by the SCAIRA acceleration programme (Aerospace Valley / Interreg Sudoe, 3rd Call 2026) — a European deep-tech programme audited by a jury of aerospace and innovation experts. This selection validates the industrial and scientific merit of NAQTL's quantum propulsion work at the European level.
Institutional Context — Global Quantum Research Landscape
NAQTL's research is positioned within the global effort to advance quantum technologies advanced by CERN, MIT, ETH Zürich, Caltech, IQC Waterloo, and Delft QuTech, and the European Quantum Flagship — a €1B programme spanning 5,000+ researchers across 20 countries. The laboratory contributes from Castres, France, applying first-principles analysis, AI-augmented simulation, and an interdisciplinary architecture validated by the European institutional ecosystem.

The ArkCore Engine —
Industrial Quantum Propulsion Architecture
The ArkCore Engine is NAQTL's primary validated initiative and the project selected by the SCAIRA acceleration programme (Aerospace Valley / Interreg Sudoe). It is an industrial deep-tech system aimed at developing a quantum-principle propulsion engine for zero-emission energy generation. The programme draws on Casimir cavity physics, vacuum energy coupling, and quantum thermodynamic cycles — research domains active at MIT's Research Laboratory of Electronics, ETH Zürich's Quantum Photonics Group, and CNRS France. Three parallel workstreams: quantum propulsion physics (Noah Kouadri), AI-based energy modelling (Adam Kouadri), ecodesign and lifecycle engineering (Sarah Kouadri). Prototype validated at proof-of-concept level.

Scientific Basis — Casimir Effect & Vacuum Energy (Peer-Reviewed)
The Casimir effect — a quantum mechanical force between uncharged conducting plates from vacuum fluctuations — was experimentally measured by Steve Lamoreaux (Yale, 1997, PRL) and validated by dozens of laboratories. Active research at MIT, NIST, and CNRS investigates Casimir cavity engineering for energy applications. ArkCore applies these principles at a novel engineering scale, with the SCAIRA jury validating the industrial plausibility of the approach.

Predictive Stabilisation for Hypersonic Quantum Networks — AI-Driven QEC
Mach 25 Model 1,850°C QKD Research
Scientific Context — QKD at Hypersonic Velocities
QKD has been demonstrated at metropolitan scale (ID Quantique, Toshiba) and via satellite (China's Micius, 2017). Maintaining quantum coherence through plasma turbulence at Mach 25+ has not yet been achieved by any laboratory. ALICE addresses this through predictive decoherence modelling — a theoretical approach building on Lindblad master equation formalisms used at Caltech, ETH Zürich, and NIST.
ALICE v2.7 models the first AI-driven, measurement-free quantum error correction framework for hypersonic re-entry environments. The ARCH architecture targets quantum coherence preservation at 812 km altitude, 7.45 km/s velocity, and 1,850°C plasma surface temperature — parameters characteristic of Orion-class re-entry vehicles. Coherence time T₂ of 1.42 ms is the simulation target, based on predictive decoherence modelling rather than reactive quantum measurement.

Editorial Note — Research Frontier
The following research directions represent NAQTL's exploratory theoretical programme — long-term investigations at the frontier of known physics. They are presented as open scientific questions and theoretical frameworks under investigation, not as validated or commercially deployed technologies. This is standard practice for fundamental research programmes at institutions including CERN, Perimeter Institute, and the Santa Fe Institute.
Theoretical Framework · Long-Term Research · Noah Kouadri, 2025
Theoria Gaia 00 — Unified Physical Interpretation
Theoria Gaia 00 proposes a unified physical interpretation from sub-atomic to geophysical scales — addressing three open problems in modern physics: symmetry-breaking in physical law, the ontological status of time as a dynamical variable (building on Barbour's relational time and Rovelli's quantum gravity work), and the extension of gravitational theory to macroscopic Earth-system dynamics. Three pillars: Σ — Laws of Symmetry, τ — Dynamic Time, G — Gravitation & Global Systems. This is a theoretical programme in early development, not a validated or peer-reviewed framework.

Dark Matter Detection — Theoretical Framework & GEM Lens Architecture (Research Study)
Theoretical Long-Term Not Deployed
Global Context — The Unsolved Problem of Dark Matter
Dark matter constitutes ~27% of the observable universe (galactic rotation curves: Rubin & Ford, 1970; gravitational lensing). Direct detection experiments — LUX-ZEPLIN (SURF, South Dakota), XENONnT (Gran Sasso), CDMS — have not yet achieved confirmed direct detection. CERN's ATLAS and CMS detectors actively search for WIMP signatures. This remains one of the central open problems of modern physics.
NAQTL investigates, as a long-term theoretical study, novel detection geometries for WIMP (Weakly Interacting Massive Particle) interactions. The GEM Lens (Gravitational-Electromagnetic Modulator) architecture is a theoretical coupling concept proposed for simulation validation — not a physical instrument. This work is presented as an exploratory research question, in the same tradition as speculative theoretical physics programmes at the Perimeter Institute and Santa Fe Institute.

NAQTL · W7DSF · Seven-Dimensional Framework (Theoretical)
W-Seven Dimension Scientific Framework — Matter, Energy, Information across 7 Structural Layers
TheoreticalAI-Augmented
Scientific Context — Unification Programmes
The unification of quantum mechanics and general relativity remains physics' central unsolved problem. Loop Quantum Gravity (Rovelli, Smolin), String/M-Theory (Witten), Causal Dynamical Triangulations all propose extended dimensional architectures. Wheeler's "it from bit" and Susskind's holographic principle add information-theoretic strands. The W7 framework synthesises these into an operational seven-layer model — an ambitious theoretical programme.
The W-Seven Dimension Scientific Framework is a theoretical model extending classical 4D space-time to encompass quantum information layers, emergent complexity, and systemic governance structures. It is a speculative unification programme — clearly positioned as exploratory theoretical research in its early phase, not a validated or peer-reviewed result. AI agents perform ongoing consistency checking across the framework's internal logic.

Interstellar Propulsion Architecture — Horizon 2035–2137 Strategy
Strategic Vision2035+
The long-range propulsion vision positions ArkCore as the foundation for future interstellar-class propulsion systems. The immediate horizon (2025–2030) is focused on Earth-based prototype validation and aerospace consulting. The medium horizon (2030–2035) targets orbital demonstration with green propulsion integration. The long horizon (2035+) envisions ArkCore-derived systems for deep-space exploration, referencing Princeton PPPL's DFD fusion propulsion research as a parallel development trajectory. This is a strategic vision, not an active programme — included here as a statement of long-term scientific ambition.

"We built Noah's Ark not as a response to a flood, but as a vessel for ideas — ideas bold enough to reshape how humanity lives, communicates, and survives. Science without solidarity is incomplete. Technology without inclusion is hollow. Our work exists at the intersection of both."
— Noah Kouadri Khazar, Founder & Director, NAQTL
